Ordering and Shipping

Our office is conducting business with COVID-19 protocols in place.

There are some delays in both acquiring product from suppliers, and in shipping. Please order well ahead of your need and expect delays in delivery which are out of our control. We are getting orders out to customers with a short two-day turnaround as much as possible.

  • Calculated by weight
  • Visible on “View Cart” page
  • Price is seen prior to check-out
  • Based on standard Canada Post Expedited fees for Canada and the U.S.

You will receive a Canada Post notification with a tracking number when your order ships.

Please have your order sent to a Canadian address to be collected or shipped by family or agent on your behalf. We are not shipping internationally apart from continental USA at this time.

Some digital products have to be manually emailed.

Yes. The  home office is minutes off the 401 at Woodstock. Orders are processed in chronological order of receipt. Please allow several days or more in busy times. You will receive an email with instructions for pick-up when your order is ready.

To avoid being charged for shipping, choose ‘pick-up’ in shipping option upon ordering. Reversals on shipping charges will carry a $3 processing fee.

Set up an account with your email address with the appropriate Ship To and Bill To addresses.

Enter your PO# and school name in the Order Notes on the Billing page in Check-out.  Choose the Pay by Purchase order  option.

Your order will be on hold until payment is completed or arranged by special agreement through the school. Special agreement may consist of an email confirmation from the school administrator/order desk, or a P.O. send in PDF form. You will receive notice when the shipment has processed and is on its way to you.

This page will be updated when and if in-person conferences resume.

Items in perfect resalable condition may be packaged carefully and returned for a refund (not shipping) less a 10% restocking fee to cover non-refundable finance charges and labour. Please email info@donnaward.net for approval before shipping. We encourage buyers to examine products online prior to ordering. We do our best to answer product questions when asked.
