My code isn’t working. Help!

You have the wrong product in your cart. Check your instructions more carefully.

You have either

  1. Already used the coupon – they are single use only
    (Look in Account > Downloads for downloads and the Courses tab for courses or memberships)
  2. Email “info at donnaward dot net” with a picture of the code and name the product you were trying to access. If you did not purchase the product from us, also send proof of purchase.

Error message: Coupon ***** does not apply because it does not exist

  1. You may have entered the code incorrectly. Try again. Coupon code should be 12 alpha/numeric units with dashes between each 4 (i,e,: sibu-2i5e-Rtus). Enter the dashes.
  2. You have an older book and an archived code. The book is useful as a curriculum and the membership is supplemental. If you would like the updated product and membership, please purchase the revised version.
