FAQs for School Administrators and Facilitators

This option is for school administrators or facilitators purchasing on behalf of others. With this option, downloads and online courses DO NOT go into the school’s account.

For this option, school admins should purchase the Email Sent version in the School Admin section of our shop. The email code is then sent to the family listed in the order comments (please include the recipient’s full name and email address).

When an Email Sent product is bought, the purchaser retains a purchase history in their account.

Orders under $1,500 can paid by credit card on our website.

For orders over $1500:

Please pass on the following info to families who are purchasing directly online using a Purchase Order #

  • Enter the PO# and school name in the Order Notes on the Billing page in Check-out
  • Alternatively, different Bill To and Ship To addresses can be entered. Next, choose the Pay by Purchase Order option
  • The invoice is sent to the school from NWP for reimbursement.
